General information about eye comfort and screen habits.

The full document sits below, in eight short parts.

Written in plain English, kept short on purpose.

Use of the site

You may read, share links to, and reference the material here for personal, non-commercial purposes. That includes quoting a short passage in a school assignment or a conversation with a friend, as long as you say where it came from. You may not copy substantial portions of the site and present them as your own work, scrape it at scale, or use it as the backbone of a competing service. Automated access that places unreasonable load on the site is not permitted, and we may block requests that do.

None of this is about locking the information away. The material is written to be useful, and reading it freely is the point. The line sits where copying starts to take the place of reading.

Content is information, not advice

Everything on this site is general information about eye comfort and screen habits. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it does not stand in for an examination by a qualified professional. Your eyes are yours; a page cannot see them.

Always consult an eye care professional about your own symptoms, especially if pain, sudden vision change, persistent redness, or headaches are part of the picture. Do not delay seeking advice because of something you read here.

For the record, this is the page we would want you to read carefully before acting on anything else here.

Where this page sits in the rest of the site

If your question is about a specific screen habit, the guide pages cover the detail. If it is about your own eyes, this page is not the right stop.

No guarantees

We aim for accuracy and we update pages when guidance or sources change. Even so, we do not warrant that the content is complete, current, or suitable for your particular situation. Material published here describes general tendencies, not your case, and any page can fall behind the state of the evidence between revisions.

Your use of the site and your reliance on its content is at your own discretion. If a claim here matters to a decision you are about to make, weigh it against advice from a professional who can see you and ask about your history.

We are responsible for what we publish and for correcting it when we find a problem. We do not promise that every passage will be free of gaps, because the field itself moves.

Intellectual property

The text on this site, along with the site's name and the way the material is presented, is protected by applicable law. That protection covers the writing and the arrangement, not the facts underneath, which belong to everyone.

Trademarks, brand names, and named sources mentioned on the site belong to their respective owners. They are used for identification and explanation only, and no endorsement or affiliation is implied by the mention.

External links

The site may link to other websites. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for their content, their availability, or their privacy practices. A link is there because it was useful at the time we added it; it does not imply endorsement of everything on the other end.

If you follow a link away from this site, review the terms and privacy policy of the site you land on. Their rules are not ours.

Three documents govern this site, and each covers a different question.

Limits in plain terms

What we write openly about.

What we recommend with care.

What we cannot be responsible for.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Visual Clarity Flow is not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the site or reliance on its content. That includes indirect or consequential loss, such as time spent, missed opportunities, or costs from a decision you made after reading a page here.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, and nothing here asks you to give up rights you hold by default. The intent is narrower: the site is an educational resource, and it is read on that understanding.

Indonesian readers keep the protections Indonesian law gives them regardless of how this page is worded.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time as the site grows or as the law around it shifts. The current version is always on this page, with no separate archive to check. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms. If you do not agree with an update, stop using the site.

What drives a change

Corrections to how the site describes its scope, new sections that need their own rule, or a shift in the legal framework the site operates under.

How a change is applied

The revised text replaces the old one on this page. The date at the top tells you when the page was last reviewed, and older wording is not kept as a separate document.

What to do if you disagree

Stop using the site, and if you have a question about why a change was made, write to us through the contact page. We would rather answer a question than have you rely on wording you disagree with.

Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent through the contact page. Please include enough detail for us to understand the request and respond usefully: the page you were on, what you were trying to do, and what you need clarified.

We are a small site and read every message. If your question is about a symptom or a treatment, contact an eye care professional instead, because we are not one.

Governing terms

These terms are meant to be read together with the privacy policy and the cookie policy published on this site. Where a topic shows up in more than one document, the more specific document applies to that topic.

If a single sentence here is ever read in isolation, it should be read with the rest of the document. The sections are short for the same reason the guide pages are: it is easier to use a page you can actually finish.

One more reminder, since it is the part people actually need: if your eyes hurt, that is a reason to see a professional, not a reason to keep reading. Everything on this site assumes you have that part handled.
